This birth was bright.
Born at 11:45am, this little princess came into the world with peace in her heart. Her mama was so strong. I watched her get through each contraction, silent and steady, tuning inward to her body to find the strength she needed. She never asked for anything, and like her little girl, spent the rest of the day content and calm. When she was born, Sarah Ann took a nap on her mama, and patted her little hand on her skin, she was at peace.
The love on her daddy's face was enough to make me tear up.
There was so much beauty to be found on this day! The photos captured the light in the mood, even the clouds and sky seemed to radiate. This little girl will always be a bright spot in this world.
