I just love the tones and colors of this birth story, they truly bring out the mood of this entire day. It was effervescent, light, and full of love. This little one came into the world with beauty and grace. My heart was full of joy for days after this birth, it was such an honor to capture.
His name reminds me of the verse I pray over my son every night, and I pray the same for this little one.
Luke 2:40 For the child grew and became strong. He was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon him.
I loved the joy that waved through the doctors and nurses as they welcomed this little one, it was a beautifully uncomplicated birth. Mama said it was her hardest yet, and Dad agreed, but it made the nurses chuckle. She pushed for less then 10 minutes, and didn't labor long. It was perfect, and I am so glad I was invited to capture it.
